A majestic, antique chair with webbed seat from Ethiopia, circa 20 th century. Made in Ethiopia, this hard wood chair would have designated a special place for a highly regarded individual - king, queen or community elder. Crafted with the greatest of care, the wood itself shows signs of wear and features a webbed seat woven from leather strips and a beautiful glossy patina, featuring coins on each arm.
