The LOT.333 Buckle-Backed Jacket draws on workwear from the early 1930s, a period when functional garments evolved through subtle refinements in construction. Inspired by coverall jackets from this era, it reflects Taiga Takahashi's ongoing study of archival clothing and traditional manufacturing techniques. Made from a custom cotton satin weave, it uses coarse-count yarns on the reverse side to increase durability, a construction method later adopted in mid-century military garments.
