Born in Germany, Sabine Finkenauer has lived and worked in Barcelona since the early 1990s. Her work explores the abstract potential of essential forms and gestures, which have been incorporated into her poetic imagery. ‘The funambulist on the edge of a gentle geometry’ presents a collection of recent pastel drawings on paper which celebrate the notion that straight lines do not exist in nature.
