Metal tea canister handmade in Tokyo, Japan. Will age beautifully. The inner lid helps to push out air when you close the container, keeping tea and spices fresh. Copper 75x 80mm Capacity: approx 160g tea leaves (will vary depending on size of leaves) approx 80g coffee beans, 100g ground coffee These canisters are made using a traditional technique used for centuries in Japan for tea canisters. No rust-proofing is done, and they are intended to age gracefully over time. The tin has a hand sanded finish. .The brass and copper will oxidise over time with touch and wear, getting a beautiful patin
